Department Introduction | Asset Management & Investment Advisory Team
As a core business unit, this team focuses on non-transaction-oriented investment advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with macro, industry, and securities research.
Analyzing stocks, ETFs, and other public market investment vehicles.
Supporting portfolio construction, asset allocation, and rebalancing analysis.
Preparing investment analysis charts, research summaries, and supporting materials.
Assisting in monitoring portfolio performance and risk metrics.
Participating in support work for client investment strategies and investment suitability analysis.
Assisting in the organization of investment advisory documents that comply with RIA (Registered Investment Advisor) requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
MBA students or students with a clear interest in investment advisory/wealth management are welcome to apply.
Prior internship experience in investment research, asset allocation, or related fields is preferred.
Holding SIE/Series 7/63/65/66 licenses is a plus.
Language Requirements:Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
Knowledge & Skills
Strong interest in the Asset Management and Investment Advisory (RIA) business model.
Solid analytical skills and logical thinking.
Ability to process data and research tasks within structured workflows.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a high sense of responsibility and professional ethics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Proactive learning ability and good teamwork spirit.
